of Proposed Ordinance
NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to establish a passenger loading zone on the westerly side of Center Street, from a point 20 feet south of the south line of Wabasha Street to a point 83 feet southerly thereof.
