Statement of Purpose

and Effect

of Proposed Ordinance

NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to prohibit parking on the westerly side of Collegeview Avenue from Junction Street to a point 370 feet northerly thereof, and to exempt this section of street from the alternate side parking requirements.
