New employer resources at WorkForce Center (08/27/2003)

The Employer Resource Room at WFC has received updated and new Employer Guides that can be made available at the WorkForce Center or by contacting the Minnesota Small Business Assistance Office in St. Paul. The publications are "A Legal Guide to the Internet", "An Employer's Guide to Employee Handbooks in Minnesota", "A Guide to Intellectual Property Protection", "Why and How to Conduct a Human Resources Audit in Minnesota". "Leave Comparison for Minnesota Employers" are quick reference brochures for small, medium and large businesses. The latest "Guide to Starting a Business in Minnesota" is also available. Contact your local WorkForce Center at 507-453-2920 for more information about access to these publications or stop by at 1250 Homer Road on the campus of Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical.
