SUBJECT: Final Plat-Proposed Skyridge Estates Subdivision
On Monday, October 24, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a final plat for the proposed Skyridge Estates Subdivision. The plat has been submitted by joint petition of Wy Kim and Moss Builders, who propose to replat lot 21, block 3, Skyline Subdivision (commonly referred to as 1300 Skyline Drive), into two lots. Of these, lot 1 (approximately .8 acres) would facilitate one new single family dwelling, while lot 2 (approximately 2.3 acres) would accommodate an existing single family home on the property. It is further noted that approval of this submittal will require frontage "modifications" to both lots. No public dedications are proposed.
