SUBJECT: Waterford Estates Fifth Subdivision
On Monday, October 24, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Winona City Hall (207 Lafayette Street), the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a final cluster development plan (plat) for the proposed Waterford Estates Fifth Subdivision.
The plat has been submitted by Burns Builders, and proposes to subdivide Lot 2, Block 1, Waterford Estates Subdivision, into two lots. Each of the new lots will accommodate one townhome dwelling unit.
