NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
REGARDING SIDEWALK SIGNS
Notice is hereby given that the Winona City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, to consider an amendment to City Code Chapter 43.43. Due to the Zoning Code's current lack of allowance of temporary sidewalk signs, the City Council will consider language that defines, allows, and regulates sidewalk signs.
