NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
Notice is hereby given that the Winona City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, to consider an amendment to City Code Chapter 43.53 relating to swimming pools. Under the current ordinance, temporary swimming pools are treated like permanent pools. The City Council will consider language that will separate the two, relaxing the regulations on temporary pools. As part of this code change, the Commission will consider changing the threshold for a pool from greater than 18 inches to greater than 24 inches.
