NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
REGARDING VENDING
MACHINES
Notice is hereby given that the Winona City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, to consider an amendment to City Code Chapter 43.54.3. The proposed ordinance states that "the sale or display of a product or commodity by vending machine shall be prohibited except by vending machines that are neither visible nor accessible to nonresidents of the property. This prohibition shall apply to any property or building, any portion of which is used for residential purposes."
