SUBJECT: Zone Change Request-Jeff Read
On Monday, November 14, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a request to change zoning from R-2 (1-4 Family Residential) to B-3 (General Business). The request has been submitted by Jeff Read and involves a 6,517 square foot parcel of land which is located at 312 Mankato Avenue. The purpose of this request relates to the petitioners desire to use the property for business purposes.
