SUBJECT: Final Plat - Technology Park Subdivision
On Monday, November 14, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a final plat for the Technology Park Subdivision. Submitted by the Winona Port Authority, the area to be platted is located easterly of Louisa Street, westerly and northerly of the Winona Flood Control Dike and southerly of County Ditch Number 4. As proposed, the final plat would serve to subdivide an approximate 44.90 acre parcel into a total of fourteen lots (for future development purposes) and one Outlot (for storm drainage detention). Proposed public dedications will include approximately 3250 linear feet of street right-of-way (Frontenac Drive and Innovation Drive) and required utility/drainage easements.
