Winter bird feeding activity at Whitewater State Park (12/04/2005)
Do you want to attract more birds to your feeders? An activity, planned at Whitewater State Park Saturday December 10 from 1 to 2:30p.m., will help you do just that! You'll get tips from experts on bird food preferences, feeder types, feeder placement and which birds you can attract. See lots of birds at Whitewater's feeders. Hot beverages and treats will be available in the visitor center.

This program is provided free of charge, but a state park vehicle permit is required. Daily permits are $7 and annual permits are $25. Permits can be purchased at the visitor center before the activity. In addition to attending programs, you are invited to use the park's self-guided interpretive services, including visitor center exhibits and self-guided trails. See the new exhibit of historic photographs.
