Saturday, February 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Town and Country Vet Clinic in Winona, Minn., will be holding an educational program for horse owners.
Topics include pastures management, recreational trail riding, first aid, chiropractic 101, halter horses, dentistry, bits 101, stable vices, savvy horse selection, equine lay, western pleasure, and microchipping demonstration. Speakers for these programs include University of Minnesota faculty and staff as well as local veterinarians and equine professionals. The cost is $25.
