Band clinics to be held (02/09/2006)

The Hiawatha Valley League Band Clinics will be held on Wednesday, February 8 at Hayfield High School and Kenyon-Wannamingo High School. The Cotter High School Symphonic Band and Concert Band, along with bands from Hayfield, Stewartville, Kasson-Mantorville, Rochester Lourdes and Byron, will participate in the Band Clinic at the Hayfield site. The bands will play for one another and for clinicians who will offer suggestions for improvement. Serving as clinicians will be Tom Haugen from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa and Dr. Doug Orzolek from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
