68 Farm Bureau members from Minnesota will attend the American Farm Bureau Federation's Young Farmers & Ranchers Conference in Des Moines, Iowa February 24-28. Participants transportation to Des Moines is sponsored by the Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council.
Informational sessions will be presented on: Farm Bill, Livestock Outlook, Producer-owned Cooperative Business Opportunities, Grain Outlook, Media Relations, Policy Development, Ag in the Classroom and more.
Participants will also tour agricultural businesses in the area on Monday, February 27.
