Mike Kroening receives Outstanding Service Award (02/26/2006)

Mike Kroening, CFO, Minnesota State College Southeast-Technical, was recently awarded the highly coveted Chancellor's Outstanding Service Award at the annual Chief Finance & Facilities Officers Conference held in Minneapolis on January 22. The honor is given to an individual who is nominated by their peers for outstanding contributions toward furthering professionalism in financial management and other contributions in the field of financial reporting, data integrity, internal controls and budget development. President Jim Johnson said, "Mike Kroening has led the reorganization of the business services and operational division of Southeast Tech over the last three years with a keen sense of what this division must look like into the future. His knowledge of finance, facilities and leadership are of the highest level and has positioned Southeast Tech to thrive into the future."
