Jamie Plomedahl has accepted the position of golf course superintendent at The Bridges Golf Club. Plomedahl, age 35, has held the same position at Hiawatha Golf Club, Tomah WI, for the past three years.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, Plomedahl studied urban forestry and soil sciences. Prior to the Tomah position, Plomedahl worked at Cedar Creek Golf Club, Onalaska WI, for 13 years in a variety of positions, including assistant course superintendent.
"I am pleased with the opportunity to be at one of the region's really fine golf courses," said Plomedahl. "I look forward to keeping it in great day-to-day condition and to working on projects to make it even better"
Plomedahl and his wife Jodi currently reside in La Crosse and have one son, Brett.
