St. Martin's Lutheran School, 253 Liberty Street, will be celebrating National Lutheran Schools Week March 6-10. Acitivities include:
Monday: Animal Kingdom Day. We will be visited by the Minnesota Zoo and be treated to a live animal assembly at noon. Students may bring stuffed animals, dress in animal outfits, etc. Gr. 5-8 go bowling!
Tuesday: Pajama Day/Favorite Stuffed Animal Day. Older students will read stories to younger students.
Wednesday: Dress up Day. Dress up for chapel and wear a cross to show you belong to Christ! Best dressed class wins a treat! VIP Day - Special family and friends are invited to visit the class rooms in the morning. Let the teachers know if VIPs are coming. If the VIP plans to stay for lunch please let the office know by Tuesday. Cost is $2.30.
Thursday: Summer Day! Dress like it's July....shorts, sunglasses, etc. Ice cream sundaes for everyone. Gr. K-4 go bowling in the morning. Everyone is asked to bring a box food item for the food pantry.
Friday: Favorite sports team day. Wear your favorite team shirt or cap today! All-school relays in the afternoon. Everyone is asked to bring a box food item for the food pantry if they forgot yesterday.
