The Winona Senior Friendship Center is located on the corner of Fifth and Main Streets and is open to all individuals age 55 and older. For more information about our classes or nominal class or participation fees, please stop in or call 507-454-5212 or TY/TDD 507-285-7295. The Senior Advocacy Program provides information and assistance to persons over age 60. If you need assistance please call 507-454-7369.
Ye Olde Gift Shoppe is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The Active Wellness Center is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., membership required. The pool room is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. for members only. Ping pong is played in the main room. No charge.

I Will Be Well - Wednesday, March 15, 1 p.m. Free health and wellness educational workshop presented by Angie Jopke, Health Service Coordinator with Life Line Screening. Find out things you can do to help reduce your stroke risk, discover facts about osteoporosis, and take steps toward your own personal wellness program.

Mardi Gras Lunch and Party - Monday, March 20, 12 p.m. Menu: gumbo soup, French bread, chicken wings, vegetables, spinach dip and cake. Dress up in a costume for a chance to win a prize. Cost is $3.50 members.
