Registration for the Alliance for Youth Foundation (ALLY) Youth Golf Tournament is under way. The tournament is Monday, June 5, at Cedar Valley Golf Course and is a four person scramble event. The event is open to youth ages 10-18 years. The $10 entry includes 9 holes of golf, lunch, and a chance to win door prizes.
The tourney schedule is check-in and refreshments at 8:15 a.m. and Shotgun Tee-off at 8:45 a.m.
The entry deadline is June 1. Foursomes of golfers ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Any child wishing to participate in the event may do so, regardless of ability to pay. For more information, call Linda Olson at (507) 494-1060 or 454-6609.
The Alliance for Youth Foundation supports programs that provide positive opportunities for youth and help them to avoid the pitfalls of alcohol and drugs.
