Register now for Goodview Days tennis tournament (07/26/2006)

Tennis anyone? Registrations are now being taken for the 2006 Knitcraft Tennis Tournament held during Goodview Days, August 18 - 20th. Whether you are new to the game or a veteran player, the Knitcraft Tennis Tournament is a fun time for all! There are events for males and females in several categories. Play will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 12 point tie breaker at 6 all in the set. Add scoring will be used in all matches. Entry fee is $8.00 per player for each event. Players are also required to bring a unopened can of tennis balls to each match. A tournament t-shirt will be given to all paid entrants. Entry deadline is Wednesday, August 16th. Registration forms are available at the City of Goodview offices, 4145 5th Street, Goodview. Contact Tom Sanvik, tournament director, at 452-6260 if you have any questions.
