THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings in question real property situated in the County of Winona, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1/2 of NE1/4); the South Ten (10) acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4 of NE1/4); the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2 of NW1/4); East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2 of SE1/4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1/4 of SE1/4) of Section Five (5), Township One Hundred Five (105) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota.
The object of this action is to determine that the Plaintiffs are the owners in fee as tenants-in-common and not as joint tenants of the property of the property described above and the Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or upon the above described real property.
NOTICE OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that alternative dispute resolution of this claim may be available pursuant to Minnesota law. Alternative dispute resolution includes mediation, arbitration, and other processes as set forth in the District Court Rules of Minnesota.
