THIS STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs' attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you and which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings in question real property situated in the County of Winona, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of Lot 14, Lake-Side Out-Lots to Winona, according to the recorded plat thereof, Winona County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of Block 3, Rohweder & Brachlow's Addition to Winona, according to the recorded plat thereof, said Winona County; thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of Carimona Street, 125.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence Southeasterly parallel with the northeasterly line of Sarnia Street, 57.97 feet; thence northeasterly parallel with said southeasterly line of Carimona Street, 90.00 feet; thence northwesterly, parallel with said northeasterly line of Sarnia Street, 57.97 feet to said southeasterly line of Carimona Street; thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line of Carimona Street, 90.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The object of this action is to determine that the Defendants have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or on the above-described real property.

No personal claim is made against any of the Defendants in the action above-entitled.
You are further informed that this matter may be subject to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts. The Court Administrator or your attorney can provide you with information about ADR processes available and a list of neutrals who provide ADR services. ADR does not, however, affect your obligation to respond to the Complaint within the above-stated time period.
