Saint Mary's University will host a 2007 baseball/softball pre-season skills camp for boys and girls in grades eight through 12 on Sundays between Feb. 4 and March 4.
Girls fastpitch softball participants meet from 1:30 to 3 p.m., and boys baseball players meet from 3:30 to 5 p.m., both in SMU's Gostomski Fieldhouse.
Participants will practice pitching, hitting, catching, throwing and fielding. Catchers will need to bring equipment; all others are asked to bring a glove.
The cost, $75 per person, includes a T-shirt and individual instruction by SMU staff and players including Nick Whaley, head SMU men's baseball coach, and Jennifer Miller, SMU head women's fastball coach.
