Wilson Township Zoning
Ordinance Amendment
After approval of the Wilson Township Planning Commission and the Wilson Township Board of Supervisors the following will be the wording for the Wilson Township Zoning Ordinance to Wit:
Chapter 5. Administration, 501 Creation of the Office of Zoning Administrator: The office of Zoning Administrator is hereby established for which the Wilson Township Board of Supervisors may appoint such employee or employees for the Township as it deem proper. The term of office of the Zoning Administrator shall be indefinite and shall terminate at the pleasure of the Board.
503 Board of Adjustment, 503.1 Creation And Membership (2); The Board of Adjustments shall consist of Six(6) members; at least one (1) member of the board of adjustment may also be a member of the Planning Commission, one(1) member of the Wilson Township Board and up to four(4) members shall be legal residents of Wilson Township.
Any reference to(removal for misconduct) shall read (removal for cause).
