On Saturday, February 3, the Winona YMCA WINFINS participated in the Southwest Minnesota Section Swim Meet, bringing home 32 first place ribbons, 24 seconds and 23 thirds.
Competing teams included the Albert Lea Tigersharks, Austin AquaPack, Mankato Marlins, Rochester Med-City Aquatics, and the Worthington Stingrays, all from YMCAs around the region.
The Winona WINFINS had fifty-six swimmers ages six to seventeen. Swimmers placing in the top three in their events advance to the State YMCA meet at the University of Minnesota on February 24.
