Winona State University's Outreach and Continuing Education Department sponsors a Wilderness First Responder course May 15-27.
This course is a nationally recognized program that trains participants to respond to emergencies in remote settings. After successful completion of this course, participants will be certified as wilderness first responders by the Wilderness Medicine Institute of the National Outdoor Leadership School.
