Habitat for Humanity and Winona ORC are again holding a 2nd annual garage sale, June 14th through the 16th at the Winona Mall in the former Time Out store. Donations of quality sale items will be accepted at Habitat ReStore, 77 Laird Street, Winona, during business hours May 14th through June 2nd. All donations are tax deductible. All items should be clean and in good repair.
Items that will be accepted include: children's clothing up to size 6, jewelry, toys and books. Furniture that will be accepted include: dressers, sofas (NO hide-a-beds or sofa sleepers), dining tables and chairs, and patio furniture. Household items accepted include: glassware, towels, linens, dishes, antiques, collectables, craft items (NO fabrics), and recreational equipment (i.e. badminton sets, croquet sets, etc.)
Items that cannot be accepted include: large appliances, electronics (i.e. televisions, computers), exercise equipment, broken furniture or items with rummage stickers still attached. Adult clothing, cribs or car seats, stuffed animals and canning jars will also not be accepted. Habitat for Humanity and Winona ORC would like to thank the public in advance and appreciates the continued support.
