A Whitewater Sate Park Excursion camp is being offered by Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center, in Lanesboro, Mn., June 17"”20 for students entering grades 7, 8 or 9. Eagle Bluff will be the starting point for this excursion camp. The first night will be spent camping out at Eagle Bluff. The rest of the time campers will be at Whitewater State Park learning the basics of outdoor living, including cooking, minimum impact camping and backpacking. Due to the physical, extended nature of this trip campers should be in relatively good physical condition.
Camp check-in begins at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 17th. The entire family is welcomed back for the farewell dinner at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20th, the last day of camp. The cost of the camp is $230 per person and includes food, lodging, activities and a t-shirt.
