Duck stamp winner on display at Refuge (06/13/2007)

This year's winner of Wisconsin's Best of Show in the Federal Junior Duck Stamp contest is 18 year old Mark Villanova. He is from Arrowhead Union High School in Hartland. Villanova's acrylic painting of a Ruddy duck will be on display along with the other state's winners at the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife & Fish Refuge office. The artwork will be on display through June at 555 Lester Ave., Onalaska, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge office will also host a duplicate display from June 12 - July 1.
