Join European-trained chef Monique Hooker to learn how to make our local wild edible foods into mouth-watering delicacies! Monique will help you learn to identify some edible wild plants that are in season (like nettles, sorrel, dock and others), demonstrate cooking techniques, and you'll even get to taste the finished products, which could include an extravagant array of stir fry, pizza, beignets and crepes.
