Wouldn't it be fabulous if we could live our entire lives without encountering one bad moment, without having to shed one tear? Wow! Such a world would be a rapturous delight, a Utopia. Can our minds even fathom a world in which nothing negative would ever take place? How tranquilizing our world would be if we wouldn't have to come up against anything that would bring on the tears. Most people would say, "Such a place would not be possible. It's never going to happen." Anyway, a tearless world is certainly a delightful thought.
There are so many things that plague us and cause the saline droplets to appear. Here are some of them: 1. An injury, 2. A loved one killed in a war, 3. Unkind words, 4. Birth of a baby, 5. Tears of regret, 6. A broken relationship, 7. Children leaving the roost, 8. A loved one suffering from a disease, 9. Loneliness, 10. Fighting or arguing, 11. A loved one killed in a fatal accident, 12. Losing money in the stock market - ha ha!
Can we imagine living in a world in which parents would never have to observe their children shedding tears because of a scraped knee or the multitude of early years injuries, never have to go to a hospital and visit a family member or friend dying of some dreadful disease, never have to shed tears due to the lack of food, never have to shed tears due to torture in a communistic prison camp, never lose a loved one due to murder, never would there be any loss of life due to hatred, genocide, race or religion? Is a brush stroke debilitating?
Can we imagine living our entire life without any bodily aches and pains, arthritis, the debilitation of old age: strokes, Parkinson's disease, loss of sight, loss of hearing, loss of speech, being bedridden or wheelchair bound, Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis, glaucoma, crippling diseases, etc.?
How would we like to exist (forever) in a place without hospitals, senior citizen care centers, prisons, crime of any kind, hatred, illness or disease, immoral decadence, suffering of any kind, persecution (prison camps, etc.), deception, without anything bad, whatsoever - a perfect place?
Regardless of what someone might say, we can and will be living (forever) in a perfect, tearless place one glorious day! It's called the Heavenly City! The Bible explains to us how we can enter into God's Heavenly City and who will be entering His Heavenly City where there will be no more tears.
Ponder Revelation 7:17, 21:1-5
P.S. Are you going to be entering God's Heavenly City or...? Revelation 21:8
