YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL GRADES 1 - 4
This program will provide young players the understanding and skills of the game using good sportsmanship and fun! Grades 1 & 2 start Wednesday, September 12 and continue until November 10. Classes meet Wednesdays 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Grades 3 & 4 start Tuesday, September 11 and continue until November 10. Classes meet Tuesdays 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Register at the Park & Recreation Office with full payment.
SEMI PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS-FALL/WINTER/SPRING
The American Red Cross Learn to Swim program is an opportunity for swimmers of all ages and abilities to develop their swimming and water safety skills. These lessons are a positive learning experience, which focus on the swimmer's skills. The benefits of a class of five or fewer swimmers will be seen in progression, confidence, and development of new skills. Instructors are certified and experienced. New to the Learn to Swim program this winter is Preschool Level One for swimmers from 3-5 years of age. Session run as follows: Session One: September 11 - September 25, 2007, Session Two: October 2 - October 23, 2007 (no class October 16, 18), Session Three: October 25 - November 13, 2007 (no class on November 8), Session Four: January 8 - January 24, 2008 (no class January 17), Session Five: February 5 - February 19, 2008, Session Six: February 21 - March 11, 2008 (no class on March 4). Classes run on Tuesdays & Thursdays, meet for five sessions at the Winona Middle School Pool, fee is $29 Resident / $39 Non-resident, Minimum 2 / Maximum 5. Levels are as follows: Level Babes - 5:30 - 6:00 p.m., Preschool Level One - 6:00 - 6:30 p.m., Level One - 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Level Two - 5:30 - 6:00 p.m., Level Three - 6:00 - 6:30 p.m., Level Four - 6:30 - 7:00 p.m., Level Five & Six - 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. Register at the Park & Recreation Office with full payment.
MASTER SWIM PROGRAM
The Master Swim Program is designed to help swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals. Coaches offer active support for a healthy lifestyle through friendship and camaraderie. Organized work-outs will offer something for every level of swimmer. Minimum swimming ability is 50 yards.
Sign up at Winona Park & Recreation office, year round program, register anytime, age requirement: 16 years or older. Classes run: Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m., Monday / Wednesday - 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday - 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. Fee structure is: Unlimited Swim-$25 per month, 2 times per week=$20 per month, 1 time per week-$15 per month.

The Adult Co-Rec. Volleyball leagues begin play the week of September 10. The Adult Touch Football program starts Tuesday, September 4. The Adult Co-Rec. Kickball leagues start Sunday, September 9.
ADULT FALL PROGRAM ROSTERS
Only individuals listed on your official roster will be allowed to participate. The specific deadlines for those official rosters to be turned into the Park & Recreation Office are listed on your game schedules under the League Notes. Please do not turn them in to the officials or supervisors. Teams will forfeit their games until the roster is turned in, those games will be recorded as losses. Please fill out your roster completely even if the person is a substitute. Once you turn in the official roster by the deadline, you can still add or delete to your official roster once again until the date specified on your game schedule. You can do this by stopping in the Park & Recreation Office or calling in the person's information, and then have that added person come down and sign the roster. Our current office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. After Labor Day office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
