WSU Distinguished Alumni awards dinner Sept. 27 (09/23/2007)

Five Winona State University alumni have been named recipients of the 2007 Awards of Distinction. Jane Estes and Harry Schoen are recipients of the Distinguished Alumni Award. Patrick Knoll is the Distinguished Young Alumni Award recipient, Michael Speltz receives the Distinguished Service Award and Cal Fremling receives the Distinguished Faculty/Staff Award.
A reception and recognition dinner are held Thursday, Sept. 27, at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., respectively, at the Tau Center. These events are open to the public. The reception is free; dinner tickets cost $18 and can be purchased through the WSU Alumni Office at 507-457-5027 or on the WSU Alumni Web site:
