A partnership that works! Watkins and Winona ORC met October 16, 2008 to recognize their partnership. Winona ORC presented a Thank You poster to Watkins for providing over 7,000 hours of employment opportunities already in 2008! At the same time, Watkins presented WORC a donation for completing a temporary job on-time.
