Area home buyers and home sellers are invited to the Spring Parade of Homes Buyer/Seller Workshop from 5:15-7 p.m. Monday, April 20 at the Visions Event Center at Signatures.
The workshop is free and open to all potential buyers and sellers. First-time home buyers are especially encouraged to attend and learn about the up to $8,000 first-time homebuyer credit offered by the federal government.
