THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You and each of you are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service, whether personally or by publication. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Winona, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

All of the First Moravian Addition to Altura, Winona County, Minnesota, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 679 feet North and 33 feet West of the Quarter Section corner between Sections Seventeen and Eighteen (17 and 18) in Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Nine (9); thence at right angles West 120 feet; thence at right angles South 50 feet; thence at right angles East 120 feet; thence at right angles North 50 feet to the place of beginning, being located upon and forming a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4 of NE1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, of Range Nine (9), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota.
The object of this action is to determine that the Defendants have no right, title, estate, interest or lien whatsoever in or on the above-described premises and to quiet the title to said premises in the Plaintiff.
NOTICE OF NO PERSONAL CLAIM
No personal claim is made against the above-named Defendants.
