School bus transportation deadline is August 14 (08/09/2009)

Parents of students that are eligible for bus service must submit a written bus registration form to the WAPS Transportation Office if they have moved, if studetns are changing shcool, or if they have alternate busing for day care. In order for routes to be designed and informational letters mailed in a timely fashion--this registration MUST occur by Friday, August 14. Register at the district offices at the WSHS complex or online at www.winona.k12.mn.us under Student Resources.
Registrations received after August 14 will be processed after the start of schol and may take up to 2 weeks to schedule. Parents will be responsible to transprot children and will be notified when arrangements are complete.
Letter regarding bus routes, pick up and drop off times will be mailed the last week of August to families that have met the registration deadline.
