NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. §317A.727 OF VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION OF CIRCLE 6 DESIGN, INC.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Circle 6 Design, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, is in the process of dissolving. The corporation has filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State, which Notice was filed on August 19, 2009. Written claims against the corporation must be received no later than ninety (90) days after November 25, 2009, which is the date of the first publication of this Notice, or the claims will be barred.
