Borkowski Towing has towed the following vehicle to their lot, information following on the vehicle:
To the owner, unknown, of the 1995 Dodge Neon, black, license number: JRW110 (MN), VIN number: 1B3ES42C4SD330932. This vehicle was towed from Highway 14 and Holstein Road, by the Winona County Sheriff’s Department, on November 17, 2009. You have 30 days to claim the vehicle, paying the towing and storage fees. The registered owner that can provide documentation from a government or nonprofit agency or legal aid office, stating the registered owner is homeless, receives relief based on need or is eligible for legal aid services or has a household income at or below 50 percent of state median income can retrieve vehicle contents without charge within the appropriate time allowed and under the conditions set forth in section 168B.07, subdivision 3. If not claimed the vehicle will be disposed of according to M.S. 168B.06 and 168B.07. Towing fee is $160.31 and storage is $30.00 a day, administration fee $25.00.
