NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST THE LAW OFFICE OF
CINDY L. DAVIS, P.C.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 302A.721, notice is hereby given that on November 9, 2009, a Notice of Intent to Dissolve The Law Office of Cindy L. Davis, P.C., a Minnesota professional corporation (the “Corporation”), was filed with the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. In accordance with Minn. Stat. § 302A.727, the following information is supplied to you as a known or potential creditor or claimant of the Corporation:
1. The Corporation is in the process of a voluntary dissolution pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 302A.721.
2. On November 9, 2009, the Corporation filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 302A.723.
3. All claims by creditors or claimants against the Corporation must be presented in writing and filed with: Anderson, Helgen, Davis & Nissen, LLC Attention: Cindy L. Davis, Esq. 150 South Fifth Street, Suite 1800 Minneapolis, MN 55402
4. All claims by creditors or claimants must be received by February 13, 2010. Any creditor or claimant who fails to file a claim on or before February 13, 2010, and all those claiming through or under the creditor or claimant are forever barred from suing on that claim or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing it except as otherwise provided in Minn. Stat. § 302A.781.
