Wednesday, February 23

•At 1:30 a.m. police received a report of a broken window on a door at 225 East Third Street.

Thursday, February 24

•At 1:59 a.m. police stopped a vehicle at Highway 61 and Vila Street after the driver, Travis Jeffery Brierley, 22, of Prior Lake, Minn., was seen driving on the wrong side of the road on Huff Street. Police said he appeared intoxicated and was cited for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .11 percent.

•At 6 p.m. police cited Denise Anne Dionysius, 48, of Winona, for trespassing at Westgate Apartments.

•At 2:15 p.m. police received a report of a sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman at a party on February 18. Police are investigating.

•At 1:08 p.m. police responded to a two-car collision at Eighth and Huff streets. A vehicle driven by Walter Frederick Holzworth, 79, of Winona, was traveling northbound on Huff Street and stopped for a pedestrian when he was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Douglas Lee Ferguson, 56, of Winona. Police cited Ferguson for inattentive driving.

Friday, February 25

•At 12:41 p.m. police stopped a vehicle at Second and Winona streets for driving without headlights. The driver, Jenna Christine Cameron, 22, of Winona, appeared intoxicated, according to police, and empty alcohol containers were found inside her vehicle. She was cited for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .19 percent, not wearing a seat belt, and failing to use headlights.

•At 3:39 a.m. police were called to the Hardee’s drive-thru on a report of an intoxicated driver with a passenger drinking a beer. Police said the driver, Timothy Alan Lipsky, 21, of Rochester, appeared intoxicated and was cited for driving while intoxicated, driver allowing an open container of alcohol, no Minnesota driver’s license, and driving after revocation. Passenger Patrick John Mulhern, 20, of Fountain, Minn., was cited for minor consumption of alcohol and passenger Jacob David Wise, 20, of Mantorville, Minn., was also cited for minor consumption of alcohol.

•At 12:29 a.m. police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Riverview Drive near Prairie Island Road. The driver, Matthew Bradley Stetina, 26, was cited for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .13 percent.

Winona County

Wednesday, February 23

•At 7:42 a.m. police responded to a vehicle rollover on County Road 6. A vehicle riven by James Anthony Kutchma, 34, of Brook Park, Minn., hit a snow patch and rolled his vehicle several times. Fire Department workers were called in to help remove him from the vehicle. Police said he had minor injuries but did not require medical treatment. He was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

Friday, February 25

•At 2:06 a.m. police stopped a vehicle at Highway 61 and Gilmore Avenue after the driver, Kellie Marie Glasow, 20, of Cottage Grove, Minn., was observed turning on a red arrow signal. Police said she appeared intoxicated and she was cited for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .12 percent, underaged drinking and driving, underaged consumption and disobeying the traffic light.
