March 21

Winona Women’s Shine Auxiliary will meet on March 21, at 11:30 a.m. at Westfield Golf Club. Winter weather policy will be no meeting if Winona schools are closed. Cards will be played.  Menu is pork chop, augraten potatoes, glazed carrots, roll and butter, tossed salad, and lemon poppy seed cake.  Price $8.00.  For reservations call Connie Wood at 454-1781.

March 22

The Winona Area Crime Stoppers Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, March 22, at the Timbers Restaurant in Winona.  The meeting begins at 8:00 a.m. and is open to the public.

March 23

The regular monthly meeting of the Hiawatha Valley Education District Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, March 23, from 7:30 - 9 p.m. This meeting will be held in the conference room at the Hiawatha Valley Education District, 1410 Bundy Blvd., Winona.

March 26

The Winona Farmers Market Association will hold its spring organizational meeting on Saturday, March 26, at 10 a.m. in the meeting room of the Minnesota Marine Art Museum.  Prospective vendors from within 50 miles of Winona are invited to attend. Returning vendors are asked to submit stall fees prior to the meeting.  Go to www.winonafarmersmarket.com for more information.

The Lois Club will meet Tuesday, March 29, at 12:30 p.m. at the Country Kitchen.

Overeater’s Anonymous meets Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. at 1717 Service Drive ( Faith Lutheran Church). Many have found a solution.

Mental Illness:  Family to Family Support Group meetings are the second Monday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Winona Health – Parkview Conference Room. No fee just walk in and join us.  Enter the hospital’s main door, turn right, at the hallway take another right.  It’s the second door on the left.
