Friday, March 25
•At 8:19 a.m. police responded to a report of a vehicle and bicycle accident at Fourth and Johnson streets. A vehicle driven by Jino Lynn Duellman, 40, of Fountain City, Wis., was eastbound on Fourth Street about to make a left turn onto Johnson when she collided with a bicycle ridden by David Jessi Hoffman, 14, of Winona. Police said Hoffman was bicycling westbound on the north side of the sidewalk on Fourth Street when he entered the intersection without stopping. Hoffman was transferred to Winona Health with non life-threatening injuries.

•At 2:32 a.m. police observed a vehicle crossing the Interstate bridge in the wrong lane. The driver, Andrew Joseph Ruben, 28, of Winona, showed signs of intoxication, according to police, and was cited for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .17 percent.
Wednesday, March 23
•At 8:29 a.m. police responded to a three-vehicle accident on Highway 61 near Homer. A vehicle driven by Katlyn Jo Bourget, 22, of Chippewa Falls, Wis., was southbound on Highway 61 when she lost control on the ice and crossed the median into oncoming traffic. Her vehicle spun around in the process and was rear ended by a vehicle driven northbound by Madonna D. Daley, 57, of Onalaska, Wis. The Daley vehicle went into the ditch and was struck on a rear tire by a third vehicle driven by Mark Anthony Brickl, 51, of Winona. Bourget and Daley were transported to Winona Health by ambulance for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
Thursday, March 24
•At 5:15 a.m. police received a report of possible damage to a vehicle parked on the 500 block of East Belleview Street. The vehicle owner reported that he thought someone may have jammed something into the key holes of his vehicle because he bent two keys trying to unlock them.
