Harvest House, a non-profit, non-denominational organization for 50 and getting better, will hold their monthly meeting Wednesday, May 18, at 1:30 p.m. in St. Stanislaus hall. Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. with Father Paul Breza, as celebrant, for those wishing to attend. There will be a business meeting. We will be entertained by harpist Sister Mary Jo Baldus. Bring a non-perishable food item for a needy family and coupons for the military. Lunch will be served. Sign up sheet for our Mystery Trip on June 21. Non-members are welcome on our trips. Minnesota City Community Readers will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, at Riverway Learning Community, 115 Iowa Street in Minnesota City. The group is discussing William Kent Krueger’s Iron Lake. The public is invited to the meeting, whether or not they have read the book.

The Winona Area Genealogy Roundtable will meet on Saturday, May 21, at 9:30 a.m., in the enclosed east meeting room at Hardee’s. Bring your search problems and successes. Members and fellow searchers are welcome.
