Wednesday, June 22
•At 5:13 p.m. police responded to a call reporting a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 750 block of West Howard Street. Police said when they arrived they could hear arguing inside the home. Police knew the female resident had a domestic abuse no contact order against Jason Richard Oslin, 32, of Winona, and found him hiding in a closet. Police cited him for violating the order.
•At 8:40 a.m. police received a report of items stolen from a vehicle parked on the 900 block of East Wabasha. The owner believed the car had been locked but there was no sign of force entry. Reported missing were two laptops, a cell phone, keys, USB drives, books, power cords, a mouse and keyboard and $20 in cash.
Thursday, June 23
•At 1:41 a.m. police responded to a two-car accident at Sixth and Huff streets. Police said a vehicle driven by Alyssa Marie Stuart, 22, of Hayfield, Minn., was traveling westbound on Sixth Street when she failed to stop for a red light and collided with a vehicle traveling north on Huff Street. Police cited Stuart for careless driving and failing to stop at the red light.
•At 7:54 a.m. police received a report of a 1960s model red men’s bike with an aero seat stolen from a residence on the 350 block of East Fifth Street.

April 22
•At 3:20 a.m. police noticed William Ewart Gibson, 33, of Winona, get out of a vehicle and show signs of intoxication. He was cited for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .14 percent.
Thursday, June 23
•At 10:51 p.m. police received a call reporting a person driving erratically across the Interstate bridge. The caller had the license plate number and followed the suspect driver onto Riverview Drive. Police stopped the vehicle and said the driver, Chad Steven Levis, 22, of Alma, Wis., showed signs of intoxication and cited him for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .15 percent. Passenger Daniel Wayne Gulbranson, 21, of Fountain City, Wis., was cited for having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
