Winona Area Retired Educators Association (WAREA) will hold their annual July picnic on Monday, July 25, at 12 noon at Faith Lutheran Church, 1717 Service Drive. Superintendent Scott Hannon and Mayor Jerry Miller are the featured speakers. Luncheon cost is $7.25 a meal with reservations required by July 18. Members, spouses, and guests are welcome.
