Sarah J. Bohn, Certified Nurse Midwife, is now available for patient appointments at the Semcac Family Planning Clinic in downtown Winona. Sarah has a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives. Nurse-midwives care for patients throughout the lifespan, not just for labor and delivery.
Clinic Director, Chrissy Feine, RN, said, “We are thrilled to have Sarah on board and be able to offer even more clinician appointment times for our patients. Sarah is easy to talk to and an advocate for women’s health. She is a good fit for our clinic and our patients.”
Semcac Clinic educates people to enable them to make informed decisions for their reproductive health. This includes abstinence, birth control options, pregnancy options, sexually transmitted infections screening and treatment and any other questions about sexual health that may arise. The services are affordable, confidential and nonjudgmental.
