The Winona Senior Friendship Center is open to all individuals age 55 and over. Events at the Center:
An Apple Affair: Wednesday, October 19, 3:30-6:30 p.m. Tickets are $25, which includes dinner served from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Donations go to the Center for programming needs.
Trolley Ride to Garvin Heights Winery: Wednesday, October 5, 12:15 p.m. Limited space so register now. Cost: members $6.50, nonmembers $11.50.
Google Basics: Computer class September 28 and October 5, 2:00-3:30 p.m. Members $16, nonmembers $21. Limited space so register now.
Health Clinic: Friday, October 14, 9 a.m. to noon. Free blood pressures, a total cholesterol test for $5, and a blood glucose screening for $2. No fasting necessary. Hearing tests will also be available at no cost. Call to make your appointment.
Full Body or Chair Massages: September 29 and 30, October 7 and 14, 1:00-3:30 p. m. 1 hour $40, 1/2 hour $25, 15 minutes chair $14.50. Appointments needed.

How to Explore Antique Treasures for Profit: October 6 and 13, 1-3 p.m. Members $4.50 for both sessions. Please register.
AARP Driver’s Safety Program: 8 hour certification for those who have never taken this class before. October 10 and 12 from 12:30-4:30 p.m. on both these dates. Cost: AARP member $12, non-AARP member $14. Preregistration and payment required.
Woodcarving in Winona: Express your thoughts in wood, share ideas and talent. This group meets every Wednesday at 1 p.m. starting September 28.
