We were stunned to see another game this way
Letting our halftime lead just slip away
It happened last week and again this game
Our performance was great till the third quarter came
The first half was great, everyone making great plays
Then the second half, we were all just in a daze
Peterson was great, two touchdowns for him
ended with 120 yards, but the end, it turned dim
Better figure it out Vikings, and get on the ball
When you play like you do, you surely will fall
We had a 17 point gain, a halftime lead
That shaky second half, we sure didn’t need
