Wednesday, November 2
•At 1:14 p.m. police received a property damage report on the 200 block of Olmsted Street. A motorcycle had been tipped over.
•At 3:03 p.m. police received a report of a theft of a cellular phone in the 500 block of West Sixth Street.
Friday, November 4
•At 3:37 a.m. police received a report that a pickup truck had jackknifed off Prairie Island Road. Brian Randall Zachary, 40, of Winona, was found standing near the truck. He said he had been hitchhiking when he was picked up by the driver. The vehicle was reportedly stolen and owned by Mikrut Properties LLC. Zachary was taken into custody for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle. The pickup and trailer were valued at $5,500.

Thursday, November 3
•At 6:17 a.m. sheriff’s deputies received a report concerning a one-car accident in Dresbach Township off County Road 1. Frances Louise Biesanz, 55, was traveling northbound on County Road 1, did not stop at the intersection of County Road 12 and hit the embankment, according to officers. Biesanz was transported via ambulance for medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
•At 8:20 a.m. deputies received a report of an automobile found in a ditch off County Road 110 about .7 miles from County Road 23. Jake Wilbur Nisbit, 20, of Winona, said he was driving westbound on County Road 110 when he swerved to avoid four or five deer. Nisbit was cited for failure to drive with due care.
